Sanober Diaz joined PCMCH as Executive Director in 2020. With a diverse background that includes management consulting, entrepreneurship, government policy development and hospital operations, Sanober has a track record of success in strategic planning, operations, stakeholder relations, quality improvement and implementation of large-scale change initiatives. Prior to joining PCMCH, Sanober was the Managing Director of Rehabilitation Operations at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, where she oversaw a portfolio of specialized ambulatory care programs across multiple hospital campuses.
Since joining PCMCH, Sanober has guided the organization with an unwavering focus on health equity, accountability and evaluation. As a collaborative leader, she has strengthened existing partnerships and successfully built new relationships that support PCMCH’s vision of healthy pregnancies, babies, children and families for lifelong health in Ontario.
Sanober has a Masters degree in Health Administration from the University of Toronto and is a Certified Health Executive (CHE) with the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
