This year, the Provincial Council for Maternal and Child Health (PCMCH) is revisiting its annual benchmarking report, including the content and format of the report. To this end, we will be taking a pause on our usual cycle of data collection and analysis for this report. We are excited to share that we are currently in the process of developing a measurement framework for PCMCH, and the plan is to have this framework align with our refreshed version of the bench-marking report. We appreciate your patience during this period, and we welcome any feedback that you may have regarding potential improvements to the content/format of the annual report. Comments/questions can be shared at firstname.lastname@example.org.

2016 Ontario Hospitals Maternal-Child Services Report
PCMCH is pleased to introduce the 2016 Ontario Hospitals Maternal-Child Services Report (formerly known as the “PCMCH Maternal-Child Benchmarking Report”). The 2016 Report provides an environmental scan of the hospital-based maternal-child healthcare system in Ontario for the fiscal 2015/16 period. It includes facility-level indicators from participating providers of maternal-newborn and paediatric services, as well as LHIN-level indicators focusing on larger trends in Paediatric (Inpatient, Emergency Department and Mental Health), and Obstetrical data.
