Dear Colleagues,
Please join us at one of four sessions to hear about the plan to implement standardized definitions for levels of maternal and newborn care across Ontario. These long awaited definitions were recommended by the Access Work Group of the Provincial Council for Maternal and Child Health (PCMCH) and have been endorsed by PCMCH.
The sessions will include an overview of the rationale for standardizing these definitions and the process by which this occurred. A summary of the definitions will be provided. There will be ample opportunity for questions and discussion.
Who should attend? It is important that the clinical and administrative leaders in the Maternal-Newborn Program in all organizations that provide maternal and newborn services attend one of these sessions.
The sessions will be held on:
Note: Prior to the webinar please contact Sandra Parker, Senior Project Manager, PCMCH at sandra.parker@pcmch.on.ca and provide her with your name, position, organization name and e-mail address. If you wish, Sandra can send you a copy of the definitions in advance of the webinar.
To join the webinar:
We look forward to the opportunity to share the new standardized levels of care definitions for maternal-newborn care with you.
Sincerely,

Marilyn Booth
